NEW YORK, NEW YORK (April 3, 2006) – MDC Partners Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it has appointed BDO Seidman, LLP, as its new independent registered accounting firm, effective immediately. At the Company’s request, KPMG LLP resigned as the Company’s principal independent accounting firm on March 31, 2006. The decision to request the resignation of KPMG and change accountants was made by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of MDC Partners.
